I’m Melissa and I’m here to help you break free from perfection, embrace your individuality and unleash your inner badass!
Over a decade ago, my journey started with a simple goal - getting stronger in the gym. I fell in love with lifting weights, dance fitness and movement, which led me to become a Group Fitness Instructor specializing in strength training, dance fitness and flexibility. But I quickly realized that true transformation goes beyond just workouts.
To feel truly strong, confident and unstoppable, I had to build a resilient mindset and learn how to fuel my body without guilt. That’s why I created Sassy, Spicy & Strong - a space where we empower each other to push past limits, let go of expectations and move with confidence.
I especially love working with newbies who are ready to ditch self-doubt, step outside their comfort zones and embrace their strength - inside and out!
